In a very cluttered sector, the brief was to position and develop the entire identity and brand architecture of an exciting new craft beer. A&H were looking to resurrect the great London beer styles of the past, but with a very modern twist. The design aesthetic was kept simple and clean to ensure maximum brand legibility in the fridge from behind the bar.
My new business brewery contact blossomed resulting in the agency winning three Golds and a Silver medal at the International Beer Challenge 2016. The agency also voted winners in the Best New Design & Packaging category. Five years later, Anspach & Hobday is the cornerstone of Bermondsey’s iconic Beer Mile, the brewery now exports to three continents across the globe.
