I work for Hogarth and T&Pm, a joint venture where I head up Beat agency’s Global design team + UK and West Europe regions. I lead a 12 designer strong department of varying skills and backgrounds ensuring the highest standard of creative output. I'm responsible for visual digital design for campaigns and brand storytelling across social, content, content film & brand. I carry out the majority of the departments administration duties day to day and sit amongst the senior leadership team at the agency.
Always striving to push the boundaries where ever possible and challenge ourselves and our clients. I work closely with the Creative Director, Client Lead and Strategy Director to get to the right briefs that deliver remarkable and innovative ideas. I make sure we deliver against key objectives, and design process for visually stunning communications across digital and social media platforms and help drive ‘idea led’ digital creative solutions that reflect modern marketing.

I've spearheaded the stability of two office design departmentments, Global and WEA. Elevating the quality and craft of all our deliverables, resulting in more refined and crafted output in a very demanding client setting.
This involved implementing new design systems, rigorous review processes to help the team reach higher standards across all projects. This shift has not only improved the aesthetics and functionality of our work but also significantly boosted client satisfaction and internally fostered a greater sense of pride and ownership within the team, boosting team morale and creating a more collaborative and engaged work environment.

I am a conceptual designer and thinker. Responsible for full project ownership and oversight from brief to final response. My day-to-day work includes branding, advertising, art directing and crafting best in class campaigns and executions across multiple channels. Creating key visuals, campaign identity, pitch deck creative, interiors and experiential spaces, storyboarding, branding + identity through to supply of artwork across the sports, alcohol, entertainment and music sectors.

Being creative/design lead for adidas. Developing elaborate hospitality concept experiences on 3 high profile world stage events at the Uefa Champions League Final and Fifa World Cup.
I am proud of the brand work created for adidas, developing a hierachy frame work for all tournaments for the foreseeable future.
Visiting clients at adidas Headquarters in Herzogenaurach was a personal highlight.

My role involved experiential design, creative strategy, brand identity, key visual creation, marketing comms and styling for independent and global luxury spirit brands on numerous touch points. Leading creative and design, overseeing multiple projects at any one time from conception to delivery.
I worked closely with junior members of the team on various projects, allowing me to guide and nurture their progress, seeing them grow in confidence creatively and establish themselves as key members of the department. In team promotions were achieved, all of which ultimately improved the agencies creative muscle and final output. Something i am personally proud of.

I carried out the majority of the departments administration duties day to day including the agencies design traffic schedule and responsible for recruiting personnel/freelance for the team. I assign tasks to team members according to skills and proficiencies, providing direction at all key stages across various projects making sure the quality and performance in the design project reached the maximum.

Leading White Label’s first ever design department has been one of the most testing and rewarding achievements of my career to date. I reduced the
agencies need for regular freelance support, which it was so relient on.
The pitch win for spirit brand Auchentoshan was certainly a high point, especially when up against leading big boy ad agencies in town. Taking the branded campaign to fruition (receiving global campaign sign off) was extremly rewarding.

Creation of design, advertising, brand identity from initial concept right through to delivery of final artwork.
My role involves regular working up and development of ideas and concepts, bringing them to life. Many of which have been presented to Dietrich Mateschitz, Red Bull’s multi billionaire entrepreneur owner.
Regular creation of Red Bull’s famous line drawing cartoons for concepts on TV storyboards, online activations and print advertising.
