The task was to create a luxury consumer experience to recruit a younger whisky audience (30-44) and bring 'Note to Future Self' mechanic to life. In a time poor world full of distractions it’s easy to let the opportunities to truly appreciate something pass you by. The aim was to create an escape from the chaos, by creating the optimum environment for guests to savour the moment of serenity in which to enjoy their dram.
I developed the mechanic, ritual serve tray, the consumer journey, environment structure and all interior styling. The mechanic allows you time to reflect and ponder the most important things in life. Skills, knowledge and experiences can be passed on and shared. Its an opportunity to consider self improvement, how we move forward and how we can help others develop and grow. In this way we give to consumer the opportunity to leave their legacy to Bowmore and create an emotional connection with the brand. All the messages will be display on a digital hour glass structure at the center of the environment.
